I'll strangled the guy who says metrosexual...

Before Disney hiring him to worked on Brandy & Mr. Whiskers, Russel Marcus was the creator and showrunner of a FOX's sitcom comedy that went backfired back in the day; Married with Children. The sitcom centered about a rather dysfunctional family that were probably the "cause" of the bonds between the animated leads like saying on its opening theme song lyrics.

Such a very off-beat live-action comedy that has lasted ten succesful seasons with rather sexist and ill-fitting themes would never passed on this day. Even not so, in 2004, when Brandy and Whiskers started to defanged the TV airwaves with such dreary executions and a very irritating fanbase.

On this November 19th, this is going to be two years that this blog was officially launched. It all started by "ideas from brainchild" like a mini-webpage of old with critiques of shows or comics titles, but nothing looked that done right to paper like Greg Method has painstakingly done with his critiques of many WB series of shorts (Even the very unimpressive era of Depatie-Freleng or Cool Cat!) in his Bugs Bunny Video Guide website, which proven to be the only Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies webpage to this day that it still exists. We still hope that it keep lasted.

I have took a review of The Big Game this past summer. This is the 24th episode to be on production, and to be originally aired for that matter. There was a weird sequence of Gaspard, wearing a trenchcoat and hat as if the amphibian leader makes an Edward G. Robinson impression or something. Who in 2004, ever known who that great gangster movie actor is apart of the way he were caricatured in the 1930s and '40s Warner shorts?

And then, it become a somewhat Ed the Otter episode, and where Brandy expected to won the Coo-Coo-Nut Ball game by even treated Mr. Whiskers as trash, again! Really, this was very oft-putting to watch, and that Marcus seems to not ever known that what have worked out well in his Married fame wouldn't be the same seven years after his hit show were ended.

The whole structure of the series was mostly a throwback to the 1930s Rubber-Hose animated style, with characters who have big oval eyes and lips, (See how ugly the monkeys were with these "Minstrel lips"?) but that ended like a bad emulation of any Garfield and Friends segments or, what it become much later, getting those bizarre 1940s Screen Gems cartoons to life.

But all these things were pretty charitable unless the call-back gag of this episode; where Gaspard have make a pact to the Brandy's Jungle Jugglenauts team that if his team win, one of the Brandy's team having to be invited to his night. Well, Mr. Whiskers "playing" his part as we know, and the outcome was a very homophobic, very offensive and awkward attempt to turning back the worst tropes of homosexuality on a children's animated show from 2004.

Russel Marcus seems to have forget that we were in 2004 and not in 1987, and that such gays jokes didn't having any place on a show of that year. Especially if the gays weddings rights beginning to be legal less than one year later. Sadly, every LGTBQ+21A individuals fears now for their safety, their lives, even so for their children and community. This is not the extreme right-winging class we have to blame for all these declines of the sexual diversity in current society. This is the social media Alphas Masculinistics, or the metrosexuals that are the cause of why be a Trans, Gay, Queer or Cisgender is been like an Outer Space Alien for many quacks on X or Facebook.

Metrosexuals take over the whole animation industry, artform and fandom in 2025. These are facts. Not an opinion. Newer productions looked out very uneven from my impression by embrace empowerment on a context that what we ask more is consultations... with true people on the background!

You seen now fans who have quit to make the difference between them, a fictional character and a real person now. These cartoons-addicts love very much to use an animated character in order to harass or bullied others in social media (Like some hysterical Furries will). Metrosexuals pretend a lot to speak and act like a gay by be very homophobic and/or transphobic and own an obsession to Anime female characters if they're rather coward to find one in the real life.

The likes of Miraculous, Cardcaptor Sakura, Sailor Moon and other Shoujo Anime things are now claims like Internet products, and where these sexist haters own too much credits to keep it in life. You seen feminists who wondered why all these girls characters, whom looked like underages, have to be dress with weird and oversexualized fights outfits... in same time that they've complained about the oversexualization of little girls in schools. Animation was very perverse back in the late-90s/early-00s. We can't blame Hayao Miyazaki to make an alternative of that Pedo-freak attitude with feminity when he pondered Spirited Away, by be regardless, one of the best animated pictures of all-time, if not the most important masterpiece ever told in the medium.

We really on an age that all this abusive consumption of 18+ Rated images from the internet make us thinking about our proper mental health. This need to be widespread on a larger scale. Some fans needs to restoring their mental health by own therapy help instead to wasting their lifetime to cartoons that have no ways to exists.
