End of the Christine line; Welcome, Lydia!

Last year, a september 24th 2023, I have submitting what may be otherwise the final one-page strip of the sub-series My Bunch and Me about my fursona characters on wacky situations when they're not on a long adventure. Sadly after it, the tragic reality is that I have no longer paid attention to these characters, by was hooked on my creativity throughout the pasts 15 years. In fact, by Post-Pandemic, the series evolved in other directions for made it literally more "funnier" and "edgier". The Christine property started to gains such age, at a point that I started to shown signs of fatigue for this particular character.

That do took me four long years before to claims the definitive end of all it, even before the supposed Chapter 3 of the Next-Gen story beginning. This is clear that just drawn Furries don't give me a very agreable mood. By the time the Israël conflict wreck chaos anywhere and with antisemists hatred multiply in the world, just working with Anthros felt me like another retarded grown-up. In the end, I'll end up drawn furries characters for make pedophiles and horny perverts crazy.

Not to advertise myself, but in less of two days, I'm getting more chance to developped the Lydia character's personality than I have for Christine on its long fifteen years. Here, a dynamic 207cm teenage girl who have a penchant to doing sports (You can see the Christine reference there). I have launched the two firsts pages of her story yet. It's all about two past childhood friends who reunited years later on the same high-school. But challenges between them ensues, that it's no longer the same sensitivity from years past. Lydia is now an active, sport girl and Tommy is a nostalgic romantic who wanna have her as "his" potential girlfriend. I have made around 150 A.I. pictures of this character in the pasts 48 hours. Christine have took me years to developping it and I didn't quite liked it.

I know the Anime mold is now-on a dead horse, but after realized that anything from Europe goes backwards (Why is they're getting obsessed with minimalistic stick-figures in comics?) and that most of the American animation industry designed characters as they have morbid obesity, just made a good old-fashionned Manga character design results of years to tried anything to be an artist with my own drawbacks. A.I. saved me tons of paper. It didn't wreck my artistic job unlike many many people who says the same thing. I know that the bad use of A.I., like cutting real-life jobs for automated ones, is that made me pains with this technology, but in drawings, and to how difficult it is to stays consistant, A.I. gave me very professionnal and high-quality artworks that I would never do it all by myself. When I was tired of the repetitiveness of most A.I. stuffs people submitting online everyday, it obligated me to go on this direction, but with more creativity ahead.

I really have succeeded to make my newer heroine, less like an "obligatory" one or a generic Mary-Su, but a real person with her own self-interests and issues. Because since my grandparents have passing away, (My grandma, in 1997 and my grandfather, in 2011) I stopped to paid attention with the stuffs from my childhood if the reasons why I loved these things at child before was because of THEM! And that made it so special because of that. The same kind of movies that playing endlessly every Holidays are worthless, now that both of them were gone forever of cancer. (F*CK CANCER!)

This is why since my grandma passed away, I moved on to other directions instead to stays hook from my past. Becaue I know these old days never went back. And at almost forty, the inclusion of Lydia by withdraw Vanessa (Not a good concept for started) and Christine after years of dismal results can't just be that more better.
