Copyrighted Violation Notice

I gotten an email from Google in the week that concerning one of my previously past posts. The one that is cutting down due to violation of copyrighted materials that were using in my blog. (Prove that even if you managing a blog by your own, you are NOT literally free of the legal, Federal juridiction issues.)

I don't know how and where the claimant founded my blog, but it's still astonishing that they'll know the existence of this, considering that my usual blog's traffic is still lower. In this age of Podcasts and Tiktok, Blogs like mine's are kinda old technology, albeit there were days where everybody having one.

By reading it carefully, this is like says that I have violated the infringements of the Fakky Licenced Hentai, that is actually the company that managed the website of HentaiEra. I getting own a love/hate relationship with this website over the months. There's many full inspirations to such future stories but in same time, I wondered myself about the moral mood to showing for free, Porn-related stuffs to the viewers, even if they could be targeted for a underage audience.

All these ramblings took me with such legal peines (No mention my back that is getting a pain in the past week. Now, it's covered but not perfectly!) to no longer using the HentaiEra name anymore in future posts. That teach me that before to launch anything even for personal reasons, better to do your citizen duty and read the conditions featuring in there, just in case.

The original post is now removed, but really, that wasn't great to wrote it first. But I can be saved that my blog could existed to others people, even for a contractual violation notice.
