Departed from DeviantArt

This is not usual post, but the day was come. I've left DeviantArt after ninteen-years there, but FOR GOOD!

Anyone who have experienced this art-community website for years knows that the service has deteriorated in the past ten years, facing to ultimate questions about the point to stay there for childish ways. Many of my good friends have do left for personal issues. Mine have took a long way before to made this decision. The final days were just downwhill: Just favorite any random AI-Furries artworks and having to answered to notes message about art mural scams and then, one was eagered to do a commission with me before even to know my own person. This is that last element that leave me a desire to all quit of this place, by deactivated my account completely. And while most of the popular deviations on current time are repetitious AI-artworks of cute girls and Furries, this is never so a good thing.

DeviantArt become to me for a longtime like an alcohol or gambling game addiction. A veritable stress source in which there was no turning back. Thought I still keep focusing to drawn artworks with such projects in hands, the art site that was widely renowned for such pervert Porn-stuff is now a thing from the past. For now, the only place where my art are still shown is on Instagram. And nope, I have no way to go back on Discord anymore!

And then, does some long thoughts about the future of art. Is repeated the same themes and designs are what made us an artist or a poser? It is more easier to be one from the era of Internet and social media and I am that convinced now that most Street Art (Depending my position to think they "vandalized" the public property, of what taxpayers have paid for be made.) have more personality and style than any generic stuffs by AI. I have also express some concerns of the toxic climate of our time, Post-pandemic time, in where owning sense of respect, civility, cleanliness on streets, owning silence on mass-transit, kindness or empathy have disappear of the public space. Instead, you have generic 'Tude posers who does their groceries shopping like as they were a Big Brother Reality TV contestant with sunglasses et all. Pathetic and very frustrating!

For now, I am more than determinate to go more bolder with the re-incarnation of my human character Vanessa "Giraffe!!", at an alternative of the genericness of Anthros that nowadays, it begins to made my stomach sick. This is like returning in the 1980s when almost all cartoons having these same "cute furries" faces, and not at sincere or real like that was in the Golden Age. (It's no deny that some people who worked in the 1940s cartoons like Robert "Bob" Givens (The first designer of Bugs Bunny from A Wild Hare) still were in job, by working in these godawful things.)

That let me right to justify that Million-bucks question: What is exactly the point to drawn your character at animal if there is no points to be one in first place? This is there the serious tones of Anthro have still drawn me sick and like done by a pervert molestor since the launch of Disney's Zootopia. Can't Disney or the ones from Helluva Boss (You know, that horrific character of Loona Wolf that any sadistic Deviants love it?) just stop to claims Anthro like an pretty attractive artform?
